You can workout anywhere + anytime with this easy to follow resistance band (or tubes) workout! Workout on your lunch break, at home while the kids are napping, at the park, in your hotel room, etc., you pick the place. Then you choose the amount of time you have to get a workout done; and then adjust the the number of sets you do of each exercise.
First, pick one of the 6 workouts below. You can do 1 set for a quick 10 minute fitness toning session. More time? Do 2 sets of each exercise for a 20 minute muscle strengthening session. Got even more time? Do 3 sets of every exercise to get an excellent toning session + keep the pace moving to get an added cardio benefit too!
Tip: Resistance bands/tubes (Amazon link here) are an excellent, lightweight & portable piece of exercise equipment. I suggest getting the bands with a few varying strengths for different parts of your body. Don’t have a resistance bands? That’s ok! Go ahead and start anyways until you get your bands; use dumbbells and also some of the exercises are bodyweight exercises only.
There are 6 workouts here! Choose 1 workout a day (preferably alternate upper & lower body each day) and then day 7 you can rest, go for a walk or do a complete stretching for the entire body! You deserve it!

Do Anywhere Cardio Workout
You only need a 6′ x 6′ space to get an awesome cardio, fat burning workout done. Take your workout to the park, your living room, outside patio, hotel room, etc. Customize the workout for your ability & time allowed. You can do any of these exercises low impact or a more intense high impact. And the workout can be done in about 10-15 minutes (depending on the rest time) or do a second round for a more intense cardio workout.
